This site is designed for use in the United States of America and is to be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States of America.
By accessing this web site both you and the Volunteer Center of North Texas agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from or relating to the use of this web site. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms and Conditions or to this web site shall be solely and exclusively litigated, arbitrated, or otherwise heard in Texas. What Information We Collect
All people are welcome to search our Web site, participate in services and contribute to the information contained on our Web site. In some areas of the Web site it is necessary to collect personally identifiable information about our visitors in order to allow participation in an activity or to communicate with the visitor. Such areas include our SkillBank registration process. The Operators do not wish to collect more personally identifiable information from those who visit our Web site than is necessary for them to participate in our on-line activities.
