ExxonMobil Community Summer Jobs Program

The ExxonMobil Community Summer Jobs Program (CSJP) provides local nonprofit agencies with grants designated to hire college interns for eight weeks each summer. Students are employed by social, cultural and health service organizations as an introduction to careers or volunteer leadership positions in the nonprofit sector. Internship positions are diverse and include jobs such as caseworkers, volunteer coordinators, public relations assistants, teachers, grant writers and website designers.

The Volunteer Center is proud of the success of the Community Summer Jobs Program; however, after 20 years of administering the program we have decided to transition management of this program to another organization. Effective this year, the ExxonMobil Community Summer Jobs Program in Dallas is now being administered by Sunwest Communications under the direction of ExxonMobil.
